About the room
A stunning end terrace house built from Yorkshire stone originating from the early 1800’s over 4 floors. There is a feature fire place with a log burner in the living room situated on the 2nd floor. This room leads also leads out on to a balcony overlooking the garden with views into the town. The lower floor has recently been extended and transformed into an open plan modern kitchen with an Island and Bi-fold doors that open up into the garden. There is a spacious bathroom with both shower and bath on the 3rd floor and a WC situated also on the lower floor (near the kitchen). A dorma has been built on the roof to extend the attic which boasts views into Leeds and Bradford and is currently in use as an office. The location is fantastic nestled away from the town and leading into vast landscapes whilst only being 10 mins walk from Guiseley train station and town. The LBA airport is also only 8 minutes drive by car also.
About the roomies
The roomie must have a stable job and income, and be respectful of the property with cleaning and general behaviour. The home houses a dog and toddler half of the week. I am an easy going person so there are no hard rules only that you are respectful of the environment and contribute to your own living requirements.
