Large spacious double room in a two bedroom house share. Central location in Stratford-upon-Avon. Private parking available if needed. The room is on the second floor as well as a shared living room. Unfortunately there is no garden but there is a quite spacious private patio (shared with the 2 neighbours). Great position, main necessities within a walking distance.

Bills are included apart from the water bill coming up in April. We usually pay the annual bill with two instalments of around 200£ every 6 months. If you want, there is the option to pay monthly but that will add another roughly 42£ a month.

You will be sharing the apartment with a 24 years old male, chef, working most of the day. He is really friendly and social but he likes his alone time as well. He has a very lovely cat, I really hope you’re a cat lover :)
