Mile End Road

Currently looking for someone to take up my lease in IQ east court from May-June in 2024 until September 7 2024 (dates to move in are rather flexible). The room is a studio, with a single bed, private kitchen and bathroom. You are required to be a student studying at a university, and will be exempt from paying council tax(as it does not not apply to students). As stated, the rent is 379 pounds a week.

Mile End Tube station is only a 6 minute walk away, and Stepney Green station is also fairly nearby (10 minute walk). There are many appealing restaurants and shops as well; a local Sainsburys is right down the corner, and a co op store around 3 minutes away. There’s a also a Nando’s on the other end of the road, and delicious Thai and Chinese food.

There are many amenities available onsite, including a gym, various study rooms, social spaces, a kitchen, and even a vending machine. There’s also an arcade with two game machines available, along with an x box, and a large sofa space downstairs near reception, where many people can hang out.

The other occupants of IQ are all students as well, and are all kind and sensible people
