Looking for one Student to take over a room in this 5-bed, 2-bathroom flat Crossgate, Durham for the academic year of 2024/25 starting August. The kitchen is large and includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher as well as a lounge area with a TV. Every room contains a Desk, Bed and TV. The flat has been newly renovated so cleanliness is assured. Before contact information the current occupants who aren’t leaving would like to make contact.

Will be 4 second year Durham students (2 girls and 2 boys) they are lovely, sociable people who keep the place clean and are not too loud.
