DOUBLE ROOM 2 is ideal for a single person. Mature students are welcomed to enquire. This room is £600 per month (£138 per week).
A deposit of one month’s rent and reference is required.
Minimum tenancy is 3 months which could can move onto a rolling basis and be extended.
The property is fully furnished and all bills are inclusive (gas, water, electric, council tax and broadband). Free on street parking is available.
