Welcome to our home!

We are looking for a couple to take over a huge south facing double room in a fantastic 3-bed flat located on quiet Fieldway Crescent. We’re located on the first floor of a Victorian mansion block 1 minute from Highbury Fields and 5 minutes from Highbury & Islington station. For me, the best part of the home is the living room. We’ve got an old grandfather clock, beautiful wooden furniture, and lots of places to sit and relax.

The bedroom is the largest room in the flat with a double bed, original fireplace, two massive south facing windows letting in all the sunshine, a large wardrobe, set of draws and desk. You’ll also have a separate study at the back of the house that overlooks a communal garden and another large wardrobe.

Additionally, the apartment has super fast internet, full bathroom with bathtub, a half bathroom, a large living room, and a spacious kitchen with tall ceilings and large windows. The living room has a large south-facing bay window.

The kitchen includes Rangemaster gas stove with two ovens, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large dining table. French doors open to a small balcony overlooking the communal garden. The communal garden out back is accessible for us to use. All bedrooms contain original fireplaces and both bathrooms include high-standard fixtures (Duravit).

The house is quiet and respectful of personal space but equally we like socialising and want a couple who treat this place like a home - as we have. We’ve very clean and have a cleaner each fortnight and this will be included in the bills.

The building itself, is a small community. Some neighbours have lived here for a long time and most people know each other. There is a communal garden where we hang out - with flatmates, friends, or neighbours.

For those who cycle, we have bike storage in the basement!

Details: Move in date: 31st March Move out date - July - final date will depend on when Cat will be leaving to go back home- we can’t break our lease until this time- will provide solid date as soon as we can! Rent: for a couple it’s £2600 pcm with bills included)- which is £1300 each.
