Flexible move in date You can park at the flat which is a huge bonus for me as I use my car to drive to work and the shops I have one room left to rent in a 3 bedroom flat in G4, we are just above the city centre out of the noise right next to the amazing canal and speirs wharf there is a lovely living room and separate kitchen, Walking down one road for 10 mins gets you to GCU and walking down the other road for about 10-15 mins gets you to the west end and st Georges cross, I usually get the bus. There is the 128 which runs down to GCU Strathclyde and Buchanan bus station and then the 7 and 75 which run every 5 mins to town central and merchant city. The bus tops are just outside of our front door. we live right next to the canal which is lovely to walk down. Me and one other girl live here I am a 3rd year student and I have just turned 20, I like my own space but love to socialise too. My flat mate is a 24 year old girl who is currently taking a year out of uni and works in wishaw hospital. We have been friends for about 3 years and moved in together in September we would love to be able to be friends with who moves in next. We have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The room available is a double and there are two bathrooms in the flat. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and the flat is always warm. We have a small ginger male cat who is friendly but mostly stays in my room upstairs.
