Hi, we are pleased to rent one double bedroom in the Knowle BS4 area. We are looking for a clean and single professional roommate to live in this shared house.
There are front garden where can park and also a back garden with a big conservatory you can enjoy all year long. There are wash machine, fridge and freezer and cooker oven in the kitchen.
All the bills were not included, tenants shared all the bills. 5 minutes walking to the M1 bus stop which goes to the city centre and UWE, 1 minute walking to the 91 bus stop which goes to the Bedminster and city centre.
About the roomies
3 NHS nurse tenants are living on the property, they are very friendly people. We are looking for a professional and clean person to share the house.
