Plenty of storage! Happy for you to decorate and further furnish if you require. Shared main bathroom next to room with bath and over bath shower. Downstairs has kitchen with joint dining area. Washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge with my personal office space on one side. Downstairs bathroom toilet. Outside garden and shed. (Overgrown currently but aiming to revamp in Spring with outside chairs, sofa and table) Bills included. Insurance for contents included. Wifi, Netflix, Disney+ included. Parking is free outside front of property with no permits or allocated spaces. 5 min walk to Town / Brewery Quarter. Less than 5 mins walk to Uni.

Will be living with myself and 3yr old small dog. Super friendly. I WFH 2-3 days a week, Tuesday and some Thursdays in office. Bf and 2 other dogs visit every week and likewise I go to his, so the week will be half occupied and half not. My house is full of quirky things, fun interior design as I’m a geeky pop cultured maximalist fashion designer and costume maker.
