Anthony's room

I have a pleasant double room in my clean and quiet house available for rent for single occupancy.

You will be living with me (the homeowner) and one other very considerate, quiet and clean lodger.

Some features of the room are the following:

• There is plenty of storage place in the room.
• There is extra storage (former airing cupboard) just outside the room for your use.
• Reliable broadband connection
• All bills included
• There is the possibility of using the garage to for secure motorbike/cycle storage.

The house and neighbourhood are very tranquil so the room would be perfect for someone quiet who has very few guests or visitors. . (Sorry- it would not suitable if you want to play loud music or make any noise at night).

I would be very happy to show you the room if you are interested, either an evening or a weekend.

I am a teacher at a local school. My tenant has been with me for nearly 3 years. We are respectful, quiet and tidy people and are looking for someone similar.
