Hi, I’m looking for a female professional flatmate.

You will have a good sized double bedroom (3rd picture) and most of the main bathroom ( the shower and the cabinets) to yourself.

The bedroom is a double room with tasteful, neutral decor: cream carpeting, white walls and grey blinds.

There is the option of part-furnished with a single bed, side bed table and shelves if wanted - otherwise the room comes unfurnished

The bedroom is in a spacious, really lovely, two bed apartment/flat, part of the Colindale gardens development. There is a balcony/terrace, as well as use of a beautiful and well-maintained communal garden. There is a concierge for parcels and a gym.

I have really loved living here and hope to find a new flatmate so I can stay on.

The building is close to Colindale Tube, usually about 25 mins to central London. There are good bus links as well. Hendon station is also easy to reach by bus in around 10 mins.

You will need to be able to pass standard landlord referencing checks: Right to rent and affordability.

You will be sharing with just one flatmate - a 38 yr old professional female.

I’m a health professional, my work pattern is hybrid - online/at home at least 50% . I don’t work 9-5 but mainly afternoons and some evenings.

I’m a chatty person but I’m also happy with my own company as well and I value a calm environment. The ideal flatmate will be open to a chat/ being social/ having a drink together sometimes but also has independent interests. I’m looking for someone friendly, clean/tidy and respectful.

My interests: crochet, exercise, cooking, films, theatre, dining out, occasional cocktails/wine!
