A very spacious attic bedroom in a six-bedroom house to sublet, located in a vantage area. The accommodation is close to the University of Leeds (10 mins) and Leeds Beckett University (20 mins) by walk. Grocery shopping and eating & drinking joints are available within 5-10 minutes in the area( Co-op, Sainsbury, Abu Bakr, Anand Sweets, Ice Gelato & Smashed Burger etc.). There is also an ATM close by incase of immediate cash emergencies. A bus stop with a bus to the University and City Centre is located 3 minutes away. Both students and professionals are welcome. All bills are included (electricity, gas, water, council tax).
About the roomies
The property is a host to 5 lovely girls and we are all quite warm and amiable. We are an accommodative bunch so you wouldn’t have any problem.
