Darren's room

The house: large new build 2 bed main door house (with additional storage room- could be classed as a single bedroom) and a secure garden. Close to straiton retail park. Bus will take 20 mins to city centre. Plenty parking outside the house if you’re a driver. House also has CCTV and a monitored alarm system. At the moment, the house needs some upgrading. its not bad or disgusting. Just….plain. This will be done over the summer.

I’m a single non-smoking male. Not a party animal although I do like the odd night in a club in town. I’m not a heavy drinker - I value my driving licence and job too much for that. I’m a bit of a workaholic. Although have my ‘down’ time aswell.

Partly down to work plans, I am looking to rent out the extra room. I may be working away a fair bit the next year or 2 so would looking to have a presence in the house.
