Brondesbury Park

Hi!

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join our lovely flat. We were good friends with our last roommate and are sad to see her go. We would love to find someone who also gets along well with us and would enjoy cooking together, exploring london, and just having a chat after work or with a cup of tea.

We hope to find someone who is also in her early-mid 20s and is tidy as we keep a pretty clean apartment. We aren’t big on night life, but we love a good movie night.

The flat is located just a 7 minute walk from the Queen’s Park tube station, a three minute walk to Brondesbury park overground, and a 3 minute walk to the park itself. It is a really lovely street with lots of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. It is very safe as there are lots of primary schools nearby and there’s a farmers market every Sunday.

The room is 1200 pcm. It has an attached bathroom, large closets, and a double bed (as it comes furnished). The rest of the flat is also furnished and we have already bought all the kitchen supplies you’ll need including a microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen knives, and so on. The room is available starting March 20th. Council tax is 83 per month per person.

As our landlord requires, we have to pay all six months upfront. Our landlord, however, is very kind and responsive and we have already done six months upfront with no problems. We are also both international - I am from the U.S. and my roommate is from Ukraine.
