Mao's room

The flat is in Woodhouse, about 5 mins walk to shops, takeaway joints and bus stops(Headingley line), 25 mins walk to the city centre. It’s a 3 bedroom flat spread over 2 levels - entrance located on the ground floor, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first, and two rooms in the attic. The rent is £450 including water, internet and council tax, and the electricity comes quarterly.

The room is in the attic, quite spacious, lots of room for storage and comes furnished.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Julia (she/her) and Val (they/them), both artists, work full time, big into food and music.

It’s a tenancy takeover which runs until June 31st, with a potential for a renewal for next term (July 2024 - June 2025). You’ll be required to pass credit checks with the letting agency, which requires employment and landlord references, previous address history, and proof of income.
