St. Vincent Drive

Opening up a room for rent in my home. Option between 2 double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes, the other will have a large chest of drawers. I’m flexible.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 which is being used as my office currently) and bathroom have been newly renovated. Painted, new carpets, new doors etc.

Downstairs still requires some modernisation but is generally a lovely house, and has again - been freshly painted. Downstairs bathroom is slightly outdated but functional with a bath and shower.

I’m looking for a working professional to take on one room, I can negotiate on cost depending if you want to share/take my newly renovated bathroom upstairs or take the downstairs one. I work in the city 3 days a week, I also play football a few evenings, Saturday day and Sunday morning. I have a small friendly quiet shar pei. I love to cook, hit the gym & watch football in my downtime.

Looking for someone that can fit in around me with little hassle.

Ideally a working professional, that I could share a coffee/wine with from time to time.
