Friendly mature housemate wanted for a small room in Cherry Hinton, Available immediately.

We are a friendly family-oriented houseshare with 2 residents (seeking a 3rd) as well as the house cat “Kitty” who’s lived here the longest.

We are looking for a nice and warm pro-life kind of soul who is communicative, clean and tidy.

The most important thing for us is to create harmony in the house. We work during the day and chill in the evenings, Sometimes together and sometimes respecting each other’s space and doing our own thing. 

Our landlady is always easy to contact and helpful in any situation. The bills (water, gas, electricity and internet) are divided equally between the house mates that reside in the house. We share responsibility for feeding the house cat, He will most likely be pleased to have a new friend/slave! 

The bedroom that’s available is a single room with a window looking towards the back garden, Trees and a very quiet train track that only runs in the day and we rarely hear. In the bedroom there is a large built-in wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Two wall shelves and a new single bed. All other rooms including living room are fully furnished. We have an oval bath and shower, Washing machine, Ample fridge space, Conservatory and living room.

There are two of us that already live here, I myself am a gardener and a handy man by trade. I enjoy going out and socializing just as much as staying in and doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking for friends at home, open mic nights, music in general and anything creative. I have my 4 year old son here with me every other weekend although we spend the majority of our time out doing other things. My house mate teaches English to students online and is away for the majority of the time.
