One bedroom in 3 person flat with basic furnishing. Located in Finnieston. Shared bathroom, large kitchen, and small living room. Bills not included but we can provide an estimated monthly cost, we try to keep costs as low as possible. WIFI is about £8 per month (not inc. in rent price) Council tax isn’t a current cost as we are both students at the moment.

The flat is on the ground floor, furnished in terms of basic furniture (beds, drawers, desks) but isn’t really decorated, though we are planning to start trying to make it feel a bit more like home. The room itself is at the back, so doesn’t look directly on to the street. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen has lots of cupboard space and a small dining area in the corner.

We rent this flat from a friendly and responsive landlord and are looking for someone to fill this room as soon as possible, after our last flatmate moved out. we would all be starting a new shared contract together, you will require a guarantor.

Flatmates are Celeste and Mahlon, both students at Glasgow School of Art - We are quiet and clean, we are friends and spend time together in the flat sometimes but also really value our space and often like to be alone when cooking etc. so we would be looking for someone who is friendly but also okay with that space and privacy. We are both friendly and creative people who have flexible routines, sometimes we’ll be out and sometimes working from home. Celeste is from Edinburgh and travels back quite a lot, and Mahlon is from London, where he visits semi-regularly.
