Student/post grad house located close to Earlsdon high street and close to both Warwick University and Coventry University. Bus stop close to property, Earlsdon High Street, Coventry Rail Station, and Coventry City Centre is just a short walk.

We are a group of 3 (4 bedroom house) are aiming to stay on this property for another year. We are all 2nd Year Media and Creative Industries students at Warwick University. Generally friendly and will likely be found sitting in the lounge area binge-watching some random TV show. We don’t often host parties / are loud (if we are loud it’s because we’re watching TV).

We would prefer students going to Warwick or Coventry University between the ages of 18 to 26 who are hygienic, friendly, and respectful of other’s spaces/boundaries :)
