The Maisonette is in the village of Ravenshead, which is located in north Gedling District- Nottinghanmshire, and is handy for most work/study locations in Nottingham City by bus or by car. It is on the main bus route for both Nottingham City and Mansfield.

Students/employed people preferred - The rent has been set at £335 to be in line with the amount of Local Housing Allowance / Housing Benefit that could possibly be obtained, for the 18 to 35 age group, from Gedling District Council for the NG15 area.

There are no additional bills, to the rent, except there may be a heating surcharge if the cost of heating goes up after you move in.

The property is in an area that is on the A60 so is good for all major bus routes to Nottingham City, Mansfield, Sutton/Kirkby in Ashfield etc.
