Really pretty 3 bedroom flat, lovely big living room, kitchen with washing machine (though no dishwasher), and shared bathroom. The available room is quite big for the area with a queen-sized bed, huge window looking onto our shared backyard, large desk, large chest of drawers, and standing wardrobe. Our neighbours are mostly other students and are friendly and quiet. We pay for wifi and utilities monthly. We live in the middle of Tollcross, a really fantastic location with grocery stores, Uni of Edinburgh campus, Cowgate, a 24 hour cornershop, and the meadows all within close walking distance.

We are both 21 year old female students at the University of Edinburgh, studying architecture (2nd year) and illustration (3rd year). I’m from California and my roommate is from Cyprus. Our days mostly consist of studying, watching reality TV, cooking, the occasional pub outing, and even more occasional club outing. We’re both quite tidy but not extremely anal – our flat is occasionally a bit disorganised but never dirty. We are both super friendly and sociable but also spend lots of time doing our own thing and working. The two of us are pretty communal about food/home supplies/wardobes as we are good friends, but would be happy with any arrangement with a new roommate regarding that kind of thing. We are both quite laid back generally and always direct and upfront about any issues within the flat (which are unusual).
