Available very large double room with en-suite having both shower and bathtub, fully furnished and with ample storage. Currently rented out and becoming available from 3 April. Great accommodation for a couple with or without kid or two people sharing. It is 7-10 mins walk to GantsHill station and 5 mins walk to Valentines park and bus stops. It is close to all local amenities and Asian shops. Kitchen is shared so non smokers who don’t cook non vegetarian food in the house (eggs are ok) would be preferred. The house will only be shared by one other adult apart from live in landlady and is in a nice clean and quiet neighbourhood plus kept exceptionally clean.

I am a teacher with school going aged child. Other person works in IT with 2-3 days WFH. House is exceptionally clean and has a very comfortable, peaceful environment with everyone living in harmony and respecting each other and their personal space. In addition the neighbors are also very helpful looking out for each other and picking up deliveries in absence.
