You will need transport as my house is not on a bus route, but it is near everything. Pretty listed house on country lane but within 5 minutes of everything including transport, Maidstone hospital, shops etc. Double attic room up through a trap door, with double bed. Also an en suite in the room below, (mostly) yours only. Plus shared kitchen, dining room and a library with a large TV mostly for your use. I have a gym and utility room too which you can use. Lovely location, plenty parking, and I have a cat so not ideal for other animals, though am open to discussion on everything. Not looking for couples, kids or people working from home. Wifi is not amazing, so I use a router for my zoom work calls. I would recommend you get one too. Very reasonable cost. Otherwise I have relatively weak wifi you can use for basic searches etc.

Scots. Sociable, sense of humour, articulate, intelligent, kind, 50’s, work in the Arts, work from home often. My son is at uni in London and my partner lives nearby so I am looking for a tenant who is easy company and easy to live with.
