A double room will be available in a 3 bedroom FULLY FURNISHED house starting 13th of March.

Location: Perfect 💯 📌 3 mins walk to a Tesco Express, Home Bargains, and Heron Foods. 📌 5 mins walk to Lark Lane. 📌 Near bus stops (to City Centre, Bootle, South Liverpool), and St. Michaels train station. 📌Plenty of open spaces to choose from: Sefton Park, Festival Gardens, Otterspool Promenade, and Princes Park.

✨Perk: Our house is introvert friendly✨

We are looking for a friendly professional/mature student who is tidy, considerate, and loves and understands dog as I have a Maltipoo pup who is learning how to dog (he is cute, and well-socialised though). So if you miss your dog, or you want to own a dog but can’t as of the moment, then the house will be perfect for you.

❌ Unfortunately, not suited for: couples, house parties, smoker, and has a frequent visitor.

I am a postgraduate student who works from home. I have a part time job on weekends.

And the other person living in the property is the landlord (who is super chill) who works from home.
