Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in west silvertown as my flatmate is moving back to India. The house is spacious with individual bathrooms, and breathtaking views of Canary Wharf and the rope way. Distance to : West Silvertown DLR : 7 Mins walk Royal Victoria DLR : 12 Mins walk

A bit about me—I’m originally from Mumbai, completed my degree in the UK, and have been working as a consultant for the past 1.5 years. I’m a homebody who enjoys both relaxing and working from home usually. My current flatmate and I share a close bond, and finding a replacement is a bit challenging.

You’ll have your own personal room and bathroom. Additionally, there are some shared expenses we’d need to divide:

• Council Tax: £170
• Water: £46 per month
• WiFi: £43 per month
• Gas & electricity bills are based on usage.

One time set-up cost - £200

The apartment is well-equipped, so no need to worry about basic necessities. I’m looking for a calm and social individual, not overly extroverted, as the premises have a policy against loud music after 10 pm.
