House is three floors, basement room then the lounge and dining room are open plan with modern kitchen and bathroom on ground floor also. Top floor consists of two bright rooms, great for use as an office/gym space. Larger room has a built in wardrobe and lovely feature fireplace. Room is unfurnished but rest of house is furnished. All white goods are built into kitchen. Bathroom has bath and shower. Sharing with one working professional and one dog - very friendly.

I work from home most of the time, happy to work from my room when others are around. I have a dog that loves people. Looking for someone that is sociable and would enjoy a movie night and food together sometimes but also each have our own floor so each others space is respected.
