I am renting a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Cordiner Place. I am looking for a female flatmate only, starting from the 1st of August. There is also a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, giving you access to popular streaming platforms. The area is quiet, safe with burglar alarms, and has free parking available. The flat is very spacious and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and clean living environment.

Rent is £594.55 per person per month, and that includes all bills such as WiFi, gas, and electricity.

I am a bit of a neat freak, so cleanliness is a must for me. I hardly go out as I’m mostly in my own space studying, but I like to have fun when I don’t have any deadlines. I also need a person who understands and respects boundaries.
