Hey there! We are looking for a flatmate to join our cozy 3-bedroom house. The available double room with hardwood floor and neutral colors is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, study table and chair, wardrobe, and a chestnut drawer for storage. Plus, you’ll have your own private washroom with a shower cubicle!

Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials – fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living space is perfect to relax, with two big sofas, a coffee table, a 4-seater dining table, and a TV for those fun movie nights.

Situated right on the main road, we’re just a 10-minute walk from both Archway and Holloway Stations. The nearest Overground, Upper Holloway, is a mere 5-minute walk away. There are multiple grocery stores like Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, Tesco and Sansbury just 8-9 min walk from our doorstep.

Room is ready for move-in starting 15th March 2024 with a minimum tenancy of 12 months. Rent is £1100 plus additional bills including electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax, which will be shared between the three of us.
