Looking for a third flatmate for our 3-bed maisonette in Seven Sisters - 5 min walk from the tube (Victoria line) and Overground.

The room is bright and spacious enough for double bed and desk, you will also have a bathroom right next door to the room (see pics). There’s a total of three bathrooms for 3 people (incl en-suite) so no queues here!!

Large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine etc. Living room is lovely with spacious dining area, comfy sofa and sofa bed.

The bedroom has bed blocks and a wardrobe, but you’ll have to provide everything else. Other than that the flat is fully furnished but any plants would be greatly appreciated.

On our doorstep we’ve got a local Sainsbury’s, big Tesco, nice coffee shop, pizza place and pub.

Bills are roughly £80-120pcm. No deposit is required.

Once agreed, we will need to provide 28 days notice to the landlord for checks etc.

You also must meet the following criteria: Earning in excess of 2.5x their share of the annual rent (approx £25.5k) Be in full time, permanent employment or self-employed for a minimum of 12 months and having submitted a tax return.

We are two young professionals working in sustainability and mental health. One works from home full time and the other is at home 2 days a week on average. We like socialising, watching tv, chatting shit and drinking wine.

We’re ideally looking for another young professional to join us, but have no other preferences other than we all get along and are respectful of each other and the space!
