Welcome to our lovely family home in the heart of Chislehurst, perfectly located near the high street and close to train stations reaching London Bridge within 15mins. We are a young (ish ouch) couple with a primary school child, we are friendly and outgoing and also tidy and respectful of the home we have achieved. Our home is lovely, cosy but also huge! We welcome occasional guests and longer term ‘tenants’ since the interest rates have gone bonkers, we thought why not rent out one of our spare rooms! Let’s be honest, we are doing it for the moneyyy! I believe the rent is reasonably priced considering the caliber of the place and the inclusion of the bills. The bedroom is graced with Sky TV, amazon prime, netfix and disney +. Wifi, council tax, water, gas, electricity is included too. The main criteria we are after is someone smart enough to know how to live and communicate happily, I would prefer someone tidy because let’s face it - it’s not a student hostel! If you want to live in a lovely house, secure and fun (at times), if you enjoy socialising but you also enjoy your private space, this is the place for you. If you are a disorganised messy, live day by day kind of person looking to party all day every day without direction in your life, then look away because we are not the place or the people for you.

We are an ‘international’ couple in our early 40s with a young child living in our house in the suburb of Chislehurst - we used to live in Central London when we were younger and free of parenting obligations so we opted for the suburbs for space and peace. We easily commute to central London for work and leisure and we believe we live in the ideal location. We have a 4 bedroom house, 3 reception rooms, a huge open plan kitchen, another kitchen slash utility, a large garden, etc..
