The room for rent is part of a South Kensington flat shared with one other flatmate, located just a few minutes walk from Hyde Park and Gloucester Road station. It’s available for six months or longer, with a preference for a tenant taking over the remainder of the contract in the longer term. The listed price includes all bills (utilities and council tax), and there’s no fee.

The property is newly redecorated and has a modern kitchen, living room and great storage. The room itself is spacious, and comes with its own sizeable bathroom. It’s also fully furnished (with desk, office chair and comfortable double-bed included). The housekeeper is available to help with cleaning, and she also takes good care of the broader building. In terms of facilities, the flat comes with a washing machine and dishwasher.

In terms of the area, there are lots of restaurants, pubs and bars around the area, and the V&A and natural history museum are only a few minutes away. In addition, there’s a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s close by. The rest of the city is easily accessible as the apartment is close to both Gloucester Road and Kensington High Street station, with access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines.
