The shared kitchen includes double facilities for cooking (two ovens and two sinks) together with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Outside space to the rear of property has a table and chairs together with a shed for bike storage.

With this tenancy, you will also enjoy the all important security of knowing that all of your bills are covered - including water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband and Virgin Media. Common areas are cleaned once a fortnight.
