The 3 storey Victorian property is a house of multiple occupation with 8 occupants each enjoying their own double bedroom with en-suite shower rooms. The property is entered via a shared spacious hallway and benefits from a large shared living space which includes a dining area. The shared kitchen includes double facilities for cooking (two ovens and two sinks) together with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Outside space to the rear of property has a table and chairs together with a shed for bike storage.
With this tenancy, you will also enjoy the all important security of knowing that all of your bills are covered - including water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband and Virgin Media. Common areas are cleaned once a fortnight.
The property is located within close proximity to many local amenities including parks, bars and restaurants. Transport links are also excellent. Please note that there are no dedicated parking spaces at the property and parking is on street. An application for a residents parking permit may be made to the council once a tenancy has been entered into.
Please note that the occupation contract is for a minimum period of one year (no short term lets). Couples cannot be considered - licence conditions permit occupancy by one person only.
