Looking for the potential flatmate to move in at they start of March, however, if needed to move in earlier I can try and discuss with current flatmate about move in date.

Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate, who’s sociable and respects others time alone. I’m a medical student in my first year, I’m not noisy (although love a singsong) and don’t drink often, could be swayed though.

I Love to cook even have my own cooking insta! I’m the hunt for food tasters !

As much as I love animals, unfortunately no pets due to landlords rule :( the flat has great transport links with the subway, train and bus stops a 2 minute walk from the flat.

Council tax band - C. I’m a student so would get you 25% off.

Bills are super cheap about 70 a month for so for and energy.
