I’m looking for a vegan/ vegetarian flatmate, for single accommodation in a beautiful, spacious, leafy two-room house in the Crystal Palace area (SE19). It’s 12 minutes walk from Crystal Palace and 13 minutes from Gipsy Hill station. Very well connected with public transport services.

The room is in a lovely, spacious, bright, upper-ground-floor house with green leafy surroundings. It is very well-ventilated and fully furnished with a single bed, a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, and a long mirror on the wall. You’ll have a separate fridge too.

I’m an academic, working for the University. I’m a vegetarian woman, warm, friendly, and tidy. I work from home 2-3 days a week and won’t have any problem if you have to work from home some days a week. I would appreciate people who could treat the place as a home and keep it clean. This house is pretty good for two people. The room is available now with a rent of £750. Bills and council taxes would be shared based on actual.

An inclusive rent of £875 could also be considered if anyone wants to stay away from the bills.

Monday-Friday and short lettings are also considered.
