Ale's room

The property is in Leith area. There are good transport links to the city centre and airport with buses and tram 5 minutes away. The area is full of shops, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs, gym. The flat itself is spacious with good light (when the sun is out), the communal areas are: kitchen with facilities and a good living room with lovely light by summer time. The street, even though is located in Leith area, is very quiet. The spare room is a double bedroom, with wardrobe, shelves and desk.

I am on my mid 30’s work full time in health sector, usually 9 till 5, week days. I like arts and crafts, going for hillwalking, cinema, sharing a glass of wine with friends time to time. I am easy going person with a nice social life but also I do have my quiet and introvert moments. The other flatmate is a male on his mid 30’s as well. Easy going person, works full time in construction industry, likes to go out to explore nature, socialising time to time with friends, yoga but also do appreciate his time by himself as well. We are social people but we do respect each others space and time. Both of us like to keep the flat clean as we go and we have a rota for cleaning!
