The living room is cosy and features an open kitchen which has good storage and is fully fitted with a new oven and hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

The flat has internet (£15 per month per person) a washing machine, and gas and electricity would be around £60-65 per month per person. The water bill is paid every 6 months and is £110 per person.

⭐️About the area: Located right next to a bus stop where the 35 and the 37 will bring you to Clapham Common or Clapham Junction. There is a Tesco at a 2 minute walk, an Asda at a 10 minute walk and there is Waitrose and M&S on Northcote road. The flat is als located right next to Clapham Common.

I am looking to fill the room ASAP (or anytime early Feb) and visits could be hosted this Sunday Jan 28th.
