Hello everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my flat in Hoxton. It’s a really nice, spacious two bedroom basement flat in a gated off courtyard. It has two bathrooms and a shared living space and kitchen with a tv and a cute little gas fireplace. The apartment also has AC for the summer. The place gets plenty of light during the day and is very well lit. The flat is in a great location, it’s a five minute walk from old street and a ten minute walk to old street tube station. However it’s on a very residential and quiet street which is quite safe. There are plenty of nice shops in the area and a tesco just down the street. The council tax band is D. I’m looking for a long term tenant since the contract is 10 months.

Im an international student from the US who moved to London a year and a half ago to study photojournalism at UAL! I like my flat to be clean and generally pretty quiet but I’m quite a relaxed person so I’m not too fussed about most other things. I love making art and exploring London in my free time.
