I am a 21 year old medical student with a two bedroom flat and I rent out my rooms as I do not stay in the flat. So there are two bedrooms in the flat that I rent out however when I go to uni I’ve converted my living room into another bedroom for myself but I am rarely there. So you would be sharing the flat with one other person or no one at all. My area is quiet especially at night. Easily accessible to shops and bus stops that lead straight into town about 25 mins away.

Rent is £600 a month however £600 a month includes bills and TV. I do take a deposit of £350 with first months rent upfront to secure slots. It’s time for a longer tenancy. Of course, I would have to take two months rent and a higher deposit. Room comes with a wardrobe, a double bed and a desk for work. My property has a cleaner every two weeks to maintain my cleaning standards as I do love my property to be clean. Parking is free.
