Hello,

A double room has become available in our 2nd floor flat, which has a shared kitchen/living space. The property is ex-social housing, but the interior is really nice and modern. We also have a balcony overlooking our quiet leafy street.

The room has lots of storage (under-bed storage with massive fitted wardrobes too).

The other members of the house are welcoming, social, and easy to get on with - they would love to make friends with whoever joins the flat! We are also good friends with a few of our surrounding neighbors.

The area is very well-connected with excellent transport links for getting across London (Bermondsey Station is a 10-minute walk away and South Bermondsey Station is a 15-minute walk away). There are also buses into central London a two-minute walk away, as well as buses to Peckham and Surrey Quays. There are several supermarkets in the area including a Tesco Express, an Iceland, and a 24-hour supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There are also lots of great pubs, restaurants, and food markets close-by. Lastly, there’s the Arch Climbing Wall, CrossFit Bermondsey, and a PureGym within a short distance of the flat - all of which have been a lifeline for me since moving in!

All bills are included, but you’ll need to pay an extra £15 per month for the cleaner (who comes every other Tuesday).

I’m moving out to go live with my partner, but if you are looking for a nice flat in a vibrant area, with great links to central London - you’ll be more than pleased!
