Clerk Street

Hi From the start of February I will have a double room available in my loanhead townhouse. There is great transport links into the city and it’s walking distance to Straiton and local gym/pool etc. I have a female roommate on the same floor as the spare bedroom and who will share the family sized bathroom. Both the large kitchen and living room are communal spaces and there is WiFi throughout.

I am a live in landlord who has two bedrooms and my own bathroom and have a son that lives in England so I’m away every month visiting him. My remaining roommate is a vet that works at the local campus.
