About the room
The room itself is beautiful. It has a double bed, 3 shelves (2 above the bed and a big one near the window); a large spacious wardrobe with 5 drawers; a bathroom with a bath next door which is technically an ensuite as the current house mate has her own ensuite.
The kitchen is nice and cosy with an electric hob, cooker, washing and drying machine, fridge, kettle and toaster included. It is in the middle of the flat so no one outside can watch you cook :). The living/front room is very spacious with a large comfy corner sofa, a small table and chairs (enough to fit 4 people), and a TV stand if you wish to bring your own. in the front room there is also a balcony with double doors and a curtain to close whenever you please.
There is a storage cupboard in the hallway as you enter the flat. The front door has a lock and a chain and the door self locks when you close it. It is on the second floor with lift access. There are communal bins downstairs and are easy to open when needed. 20 minute walk away from the university. 3 minute walk to tescos. 3 minute walk to a corner shop, dominos and subway.
