I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room. It’s a double bedroom on the second floor (bathroom shared with another tenant) in a remodelled 7-bed property on Tiverton Road, Selly Oak. It’s a 6-minute walk from Selly Oak station (7-minute train ride to the city centre), an 8-minute walk from ALDI(Selly Oak) and a 10-minute walk from the University of Birmingham.

Cost: £126.72 per week per person with bills + approx. £20 per person per month for council tax

Professionals are preferred. However, if you are a student, you will be considered.

The deposit is 5 weeks of rent. Move-in date is 01 January. An earlier date can be discussed if necessary.
