Fairly sized single room available in a cosy 2 bedroom flat in Canley.

The flat is a short walk away from local amenities, Canon Park Shopping Centre and Warwick University.

Canley Station is a little bit further away but it’s still walking distance. With great links to Coventry/Birmingham/London.

The room comes furnished with wide single bed and ample storage/wardrobe space, chest of drawers. Bookshelf can be added if needed.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom is shared with myself 🙋🏽‍♀️

Kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped. Bathroom has over bath shower.

Viewing is highly recommended as it’s quite a nice space here. Surrounded by greenery with a nice nature walk nearby. If you drive, there’s parking spots on the road next to the flat - tends to be free all the time 🚗

As it’s not a huge flat, I’d ideally like us to get on and share the flat and the upkeep (cleaning etc) as it will more or less be your home too 🏡

Happy to be social and hang out but if you prefer to stay in your room - that is also alright. Currently no pets allowed unfortunately :( 🐈 🐩🦜 🙅🏽‍♀️

Council tax (Band A) and broadband is included in the rent. Energy bills will be shared with me.

note - house will be refurbished in the coming year 🎨

The flat will be shared with me. I am a 35 year old professional female. I work in the catering industry so I’m really interested in anything food related, restaurants etc. I’m a clean, tidy person who’s happy to socialise but also like my own space. I also respect other people’s space. I’m honest and friendly but would ideally like someone who gels with me. I paint, game, do photography in my spare time. Or sometimes just explore the city. I like to travel so if you’re interested in joining me - that’s welcomed too. Nush
