I’m looking for a University of Derby student to take over my room and tenancy contract for the remainder of the 2023/24 academic year until September 2024. The accommodation building is The Croft, run by Homes for Students on Cathedral Road, DE1 3FQ. (Few minutes walk to the university). Rent can also be paid in 7 installments.

The room is the premium en suite specification, £147 per week, in a flat of 3 other University of Derby students.

Premium En-suite is nicely built in approximate 10sqm space holding good storage and living space in a cluster of 4-6 with all modern facilities attached for easy and comfortable living. It includes fully fitted shared kitchen with a microwave, private bathroom and private bedroom with a 3/4 sized bed, under bed storage, spacious wardrobe and a large study desk-chair.

This spacious room is within a high quality student accommodation block, in central Derby. Close to all amenities and on the UniBus route to the university Property Amenities also includes up to 100Mps Internet, Gym, Pool table, Table football, Bike storage and many others. The Croft hold regular student activities, making it easy to find friends!
