Bohelland Road

We are situated up on the hill and have a great view over penryn from our kitchen/lounge balcony! Your room will over look the same view in the top floor and probably has the best view of any room in the house. You will have your own double room and double bed and plenty of storage space. The room comes with the mattress, curtains etc. The downstairs communal area is an extension build on the side of the house so is very modern and new. It’s one big open space with sky lighting and is split into the kitchen at one and and the living area at the other. We have two big sofas that look out through the double doors over penryn and there is a door at the other end to access the garden. We have a fairly large front and back garden with an array of plants and trees that is maintained by gardeners who come every few weeks which is included in our tenancy. There is also a second bathroom on the ground floor which is part of the kitchen/lounge extension so is also pretty modern. But your main bathroom/shower room would be the upstairs one just done the hall from your room! We live about a 5/10 min walk from the bus stop and have parking available to us on the road above our house. We are set back off the main road so traffic noise is minimal and we have a texaco/londis just opposite where we live. We also have 2 little geckos called Bruni and Pascal who are our absolute babies and our neighbours cat likes to come in and say hello on a regular basis! Our house is full of plants to give it a spot if colour so any house plants are welcome! Some of the photos attached above are from before we moved in and don’t to the house justice at all, it’s been give me so much character since then! And also we don’t have many photos of the room currently as we are away in Christmas break. But if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! We have also secured this house for another year as long as we can find a house mate!

There are 5 rooms total so 4 of us currently here. Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances one of our house mates has moved out recently so we are looking for a 5th to join us! There are 2 girls and 2 boys, 2 studying zoology, one marine biology and the other law with business. We are all 2nd years studying at penryn campus and will hopefully be staying in that house till we finish our degrees! We participate in various societies such as volleyball and anime and we live nothing more than socialising and playing Mario kart on the switch. We’re not massive partiers but we do like to go out and travel around, especially during summer! We are all neat and tidy and we have our set jobs in the house but we are all pretty laid back about it. At the end of the day we really just want someone who fits our vibe!
