We have a spare room in a 6 bed house in wavertree, liverpool. The house is a 30 minute walk from the university of liverpool and 10 minutes on the bus. It has a large kitchen with washer, dryer and dishwasher. You will have your own bathroom and the room comes fully furnished. I only have videos of the house which it won’t let me attach and I don’t have pictures of the available bedroom but I can get some from the letting agent if you are interested. We are all girls and will be in our second year at the university of liverpool. We’re sociable and like to go out from time to time but also enjoy plenty of nights in. We’re looking for someone who’s clean and respectful of everyone in the house but also enjoys to get involved with us. We’re only looking for students as the house is student accommodation but we don’t mind what uni you’re at.
