You will have use of the lounge and kitchen (including kitchenware, washing machine, fridge/freezer) and your own bathroom. Rent- £500 pm, excluding utilities and council tax. Wi-Fi is available. The room is available immediately. Note- references and a good credit record is required, must have a permanent job and the right to rent in the UK. As my lease is with Finders Keepers, you will also be required to sign a house-share lease with them. Viewings will be after 6pm daily
