I’ve been renting two rooms out for around 10 years. Had people of all ages 24-62 the majority have stayed for many years until they move out of the area or buy their own home. I’m 52 work full time and every other weekend I’m away. My son lives with me he’s 17. I have one male lodger 40 years old works at one of the universities. I have two small dogs very well behaved. All very easy going and respectful to each other. Looking for easy going respectful happy tenant.
