We have a large double room available for rent for a single working professiona, perfectly located just outside of the Milton Keynes Central Hospital, a approx. 12-minute walk away by foot.

The property itself is in a quiet, tidy street and fully furnished with a large outdoor garden space that also has a convenient outdoor gym space, kitted out with weights (500kg+), a power rack, barbells, dumbbells, dip station, pull up station and variety of kettlebells.

All bills are included (water, electricity, council tax, tv license, internet), hassle free, convenient location. No hidden fees or extra costs and no sudden surprises. Ample amount of storage space available in the room. Managed directly by a friendly, private live-in landlord.

Complimentary superfast fibre optic broadband/internet (Wi-Fi) is also included as part of the rent (EE Fibre Max Broadband 300). Average download speeds are around approx. ~ 200mb/s.
