I’m moving out of the flat so I need someone to replace me in this large 2 BHK flat on the banks of river clyde with a beautiful view of the city centre.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed and lots of storage. You’ll also have a personal separate bathroom which is the family bathroom in the flat.

You’ll share the living room, balcony and kitchen with my existing flatmate. The flat is equipped with all white goods: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and iron.

The flat is fantastically located with lots of grocery stores, sports clubs, train and bus station in ~15 mins walking distance.

Bills are excluded from the rent and the council tax band is F which you’ll share with the existing flatmate.

The current flatmate is very clean and easygoing. He’s a working professional in IT & Software. Vegetarians are preferred as the current flatmate is vegetarian.
